I'd say the odds are extremely unlikely Winnipeg pick ends up in the top 20, guessing 22nd at best.
Jets have to face Van, Nash, Dallas, Colorado and Calgary (Calgary have won all 3 games so far). Their only "easy" games are Seattle and Minnesota. Of the teams chasing them Toronto has the hardest schedule facing Tampa and Florida once, NJ twice, Habs, Pens and Wings, so 2 tough games. Vegas faces Van, Col, Edm, Chi, Ana, Arz and Min, 2 tough matchups then Edm and 4 non playoff teams. Tor is 1 point back Vegas is 4. After that you have Tampa who are 5 points back and face the Leafs as their only tough match-up, Montreal, CBJ, Ott, Pitts, Wash and Buf. Then you have Nash who are 6 points back and face the Jets, Chi, CBJ, NJ, NYI, Pitts, Stl. Then the Kings who are 7 points back but only face Van as a tough matchup, then have SJ, Chi, Ana x2, Cal and Min. All this to say that 19th isn't that much of a stretch. I forgot Det and Wash were way back so 17th and 18th are out.
