This is essentially what I've been putting forward just with different contract values.

If it ain't broke... Tanev is already a big upgrade on Myers individually, but being able to have Hronek anchor his own pair with either Zadorov or Soucy would make it a giant team upgrade.

I like what your saying. I would suggest making a couple of changes however. 1. Lafferty will want more. Perhaps $2M, which considering what he can do (LW/C/RW and right handed) might be worth it. I'd almost be inclined to move Suiter and Mikyhev, which combined gives you another $6.3M to spend (in theory). Suiter will be easy with 1 year left and a cap hit of $1.6M. Mikyhev might be a bit harder.

I think Suter has provided more overall value than Lafferty this year, so I wouldn't want to ship out Pius for the sake of giving Lafferty 2m. There's definitely value in freeing up Mikheyev's cap hit though.
