They would move Drai for cap problems and are not going to want to bring back more salary than his next contract will cost.

We have no use for Samuelson, so no thanks. Savoie, 1st, and Cozens are not bad pieces at all, but not enough imo.

Possibly have to hop on Campbell bomb, and take out Samuelson and add Levi. And take off the retention on cozens. Probably won’t get a ton of agreement from either side, but could be interesting if you can get Draisaitl on a contract extension. Or do you roll out the red carpet on lindholm, or try to turn skinner into zegras? If I’m gm, i don’t stand pat, but don’t get too crazy, still a nice nucleus of youth, just need to find the right mix of vets to make the next step.

Now this one has me interested, I truly believe that Cozens can be a point per game guy + Savoie could turn into something to. I do really like this package but if Edmonton is trading Drai they're 1 million % asking for Power in return

No problem! Some people go over the top haha. I’m assuming he would come with an extension so we could get maximum value. Hard to gauge the value of a player like him, but I’m thinking Dahlin, Power, Byram are the three guys you would absolutely not move. With that being said, it could start with one of Dylan Cozens, Tage Thompson, or Zach Benson, depending on who we want, and if we are still trying to be competitive as well.
