Anderson is a cap dump, whenever there is a trade for a high salary player money has to go back. Philly took on Johansen this year, they’re rebuilding they don’t actually care. Torts and Anderson connection reunited.

One 1st and two good prospects. I have 25% retained on Anderson’s contract. You could maybe increase the 3rd to a 2nd but seems like a lot pretty fair deal for a top line winger.

IMO, Owen Beck has the potential to be a stud 1C. I’m selling high on Konecny (Beck and the 1st are good value in my eyes). I just think Konecny isn’t a part of the sacred timeline.

1c? I wouldn’t go that far. I think at his best he looks like Phillip Danault which is still an incredibly valuable player. Struble has top 4 potential. It’s a good deal Imo.

How is this paying to dump a contract? Trading for a ppg 30 goal scoring top line winger and also moving Josh Anderson in the process isnt simply “dumping a contract”.

Kid projects well as a T6 Center. Flyers don’t have anything that compares to it currently in their system. Should line up fairly well with when Michkov comes over.

Yeah he has the upside for sure. It’s a tough deal to make knowing what he could be, even if I believe high end 3c is more likely, which is still a very valuable player. Habs need another high end forward so getting that will make losing Beck hurt less.
