Multiple teams run shorter rosters and use LTIR as a cap maneuvering method. It’s nothing new. Idk why people on here complain about it or think it’s not possible, it 100% is. - & doesn’t matter if Timmins is LTIR or not cause he can be sent down to the AHL and Leafs wouldn’t have his cap hit on the roster.
