I would keep Brannstrom over that because my plan is to trade Chychrun

I would keep Kastelic, need 4th liners and he's the only one I'd keep. I'd move on from Kelly, Chartier and MacEwen

Don't know if Colorado would take their chance with Forsberg. He was a good goalie before his injuries but now pretty uncertain what goalie you'll get.

I would move Chychrun but I don’t think Ottawa will do it until summer which it’s not very ideal for us.

I’ll move Kelly but I don’t think anyone have any interest in him so I’ll move Kastelic for a pick. Forsberg is actually decent in Ottawa for this season in my opinion. So if he moves to Colorado with that defensive.. he will thrive there.

I would hope CBJ would do that if they have a move in place for Provorov heading out

If there is such a move of Provorov, it's to make room for Mateychuk.

mateychuk cant come up immediately because of the CHL agreement so if we trade provorov our options this season are: steal #1D Jake Christiansen from the monsters or find another option to fill the hole in the roster.

brannstrom next season becomes an upgrade over jake bean on the third pair while mateychuk takes the second pair spot. sell bean's RFA rights for peanuts to anyone interested this offseason.

Don't care about this season; it's already lost. Blanks plays both sides; call him up.
