Not sure the Panthers have to do anything . Replacing Lundell with Lorentz looks like an unwise move for the Panthers.

Panthers aren’t trading lundell and have zero need for hanafin at the moment. All they need is a 3rd line winger.

You may be right about Lundell but the Panthers are interested in Hanifin if for no other reason than to make sure Toronto or Tampa don't get him or at least don't get him cheaply.

You’re not wrong but panthers aren’t giving up players on their roster now except for maybe mahura or kulikov or Lockwood. They dont have room for hanafin with how well forsling oel and mikkola are playing in the left side. Right side is the one that is a little iffy

Don't think it would be factor at all. Hanifan isn't going to change the fortunes of the Leafs and Lightning this year. Unless a team is going giving a team futures, it seems rather redundant to add Hanifan and subtract a good roster player.
