2. Johansen has to go. That's $4 mil gone. If you get rid of Byram and Johansen and get Mittelstadt, that's an additional $5 million in cap. Mitts makes $2.5 mil. $5 mil more in cap allows for him to resign for $7.5 mil, which is more than he will actually sign for.
