This is probably close to what the Sens would want for Tkachuk

    1. OTT will not trade brady to a divisional rival without massive overpayment.
    2. Askarov is not worth a top 10 pick
    3. unless that WASH pick is between 1 and 10th , not enough for chych

That Washington 1st will be around 15 which is close to what we paid . Quinn is from ottawa and a legit top 6F. Askarov will be a legit goalie

    WSH will need to add

being from OTT don't increase his value, no chance in hell OTT move Brady to a team they face 4-5 times year + potentially the playoffs without a massive overpay, Brady has no say were he goes for the next 1.5 years, this is not like the Cat situation.

that is what FLA fans said of Knight. Askarov is a prospect with 3 games in the NHL, he is not and no G in the league is worth a top 10 pick

Brady would have to be similar if not more than the Matthew deal, just because of the cost control for teams. again insane that this is even in discussion because some guy knows a guy who is apparently within the organization

Also every single player moved was an RFA and chose where he’d sign. Including Meier, Tkachuk, Fiala , Debrincat etc

Brady has term and can be literally traded to any team

Perfetti, prospect, mtl 2nd, conditional first, with some cap, damn the jets could use a little spice up front with some term. Expensive swing that could blow up in there face, but also could be the difference. I wonder if his grandparents could convince him to be happy to be in Winnipeg.

Perfetti is good but needs a strong piece as the 2nd piece one for sure and you don’t have a good young RD

I don’t think the caps are a destination for Chychrun or Chabot honestly. At this point they have to sell and rely on their young players to be competitive next year. Ottawa will get a better return from another team.

Pretty much everywhere . I’d trade Tkachuk for Nemec straight up

The crazier and way better one got way less. CGY got totally ripped actually, weird considering GM's know what players are asking for cap wise and still wanted Huberdeau & Weegar!? Big difference between that and a polished Quinn, 8oa & an A prospect

You do realize that Matthew picked where he’d sign an extension?

And Brady has term and no clauses and could be traded to any team in the league

    Yes, but is way better.

That is a bonus for sure for small markets, which comes down to why not use him instead?

I can't see Adams giving up what is essentially 3 1st rd picks. Quinn at some point may equal BK in terms of goal scoring but I do think the Sabres need the type of player BK is and like you say he has term. He fits the Sabres age timeline. Maybe slide the 1st to 25 bc I can't see Adams trading a lottery pick. This is possibly a better haul than what the Sabres received for Eichel when you come down to it Tuch/Quinn, Ostlund/Krebs, 8oa/16oa, again I don't see Adams giving what is 8oa at this time.
