The point is if you dont sign all those guys, you've got a HUGE hole and just Pulijarvi and Ludvig as your fill ins AND nothing on the prospect front

I don't think Ehlers will be trade bait at the 24-25 deadline. I believe he will be extended in the offseason or if in the off chance he wants to leave, then he is traded.
