Go ahead and keep Eller, do you really think COL is going to trade for him again after how bad it went the first time? The answer is no. And with that extra year on his contract PIT won’t be getting a 2nd a for him from anybody.

That doesn’t make him more valuable that means any team taking him on is on the hook for more money. Throw in he wasn’t successful in COL, and why is a team paying a premium draft pick valuable cap space for an older bottom 6 guy. COL isn’t doing that.

Got to put on your critical thinking hat on. Yes, Eller has been a good player for the Pens...but why would a team trade for the same player back to back trade deadlines? Especially when it was not received well last year.

it doesn't have to be Colorado, it can be anyone. the only thing of interest here is the penguins and what the pens can get for these players and how to make a big turnaround in the offseason

every single player here can be traded for what I traded them for as for the value, as for the teams where they'll land I don't really care.
