Timmins and Villeneuve aren't really assets, and Kampf is basically here as cap ballast (I don't see a reason for a team already paying JG Pageau & Casey Cizikas needing to add a guy like him) so this deal is basically Hirvonen and a 1st for Pelech.
as said above, that doesn't really match the Muzzin trade as a comp. that trade, made on 1/28/2019, brought back:
-a 2019 1st (value met here by the 2024 1st)
-Sean Durzi (a 2nd round pick from the prior draft - this would be Fraser MInten)
-Carl Grundstrom (a 2nd round pick from 2 years prior - your 2nd round pick two years ago is Matthew Knies)
And honestly, before you try and argue that Knies is a different level of player than Grundstrom, keep in mind that we didn't know what he would turn into back then. He was a top 3-5 prospect by most outlet's rankings entering the 2018-19 season, so just because he's turned into a bottom-6er in LA doesn't mean he wasn't valued highly. Durzi was also usually ranked in the 5-7 range by a lot of outlets so I'd argue that a comparable would be two out of Cowan/Minten/Niemela/Knies to match how Grundstrom & Durzi were viewed back then.
