Really horrid for the Leafs. Samsonov is playing well, and certainly the Leafs don't want Markstrom's 6m contract for two full seasons.
Tanev is nice but hardly a difference maker. Not worth Minten, or even a first.

Idk why people keep thinking the leafs need a goalie, Sammy has played real good lately and Woll will be back real soon. They aren't wasting assets on something that hurts them cap wise as well as a position they aren't weak at.

I disagree that Sammy has played really good - he's been serviceable without a doubt but I'd like to see a real #1 goalie behind this team and I don't think it's a guarantee that Woll can be that (Samsonov certainly isn't).
