Goaltending has been a HUGE problem for this team and this is a long term fix for it. Giving up a top-6 guy in Norris might be a non-starter to some, but you have Grieg, Pinto and now Glass to maybe fill that role of 2C(if not, you can sign someone in FA).

Im not sold on Norris. That contract looks like PLD 2.0 and until he can prove he can stay healthy for a full season and score 35 goals again I don't want to pay another 2C 8m per season. Bad asset management from Nashville's end

Dubas rejects. Losing Karlsson would require another RD and Chabot plays LD. Karlsson probably also blocks as he wants to play on a contender not a team even worse than PIT.

I think the Preds could get a better package for Juice. We have no need for another goaltender, and Norris would be too much of a risk as the main piece coming back to the Preds especially at the salary Norris is receiving.
