More nonsense. Leafs certainly aren't giving all of that up for a guy that could sign as a UFA. And you can be sure the Leafs aren't signing a one Dman to a 7.5m contract this summer .

If I'm a Leaf, I might really only about 8m to spend on two UFA Dmen. To spend virtually on one player just isn't wise.
And even worse, is giving up all those assets.
