And both the Buchnevich, And Henrique at 50% retained and Vatrano trades are easily beatable.

There's a ton of past cases where a player's best hockey of his career by a considerable margin came with the Blues amid struggles elsewhere. I honestly don't know what Army would say if he was indeed trading Buch, but as of now he is most likely not. And as noted, the offer is not unbeatable by any stretch.
