Are u under the impression that Trouba is still really good ?
He’s declining & overpaid significantly

Maybe at half price, but even then it’s risky
And the Rangers aren’t holding $4mil
Hell, i doubt they’d even hold $2mil

This proposal targets the wrong guy
We should be after Schneider, NOT Trouba

And Trouba wouldn’t waive to come here anyways

Trouba is pretty good, and would compliment the young score well, especially at the asset price they are getting him at. Schneider would be great, which is why the Rangers would be reluctant to move him

1- Trouba isn’t waiving to come here anyways

2- he’s declining & SEVERELY overpaid- wrong target for us


It’s not happening anyways,
so it’s really not even worth discussing any more
