Not sure what you’re expecting Seeler to go for as a rental. If Walker leaves, Timmins(with term may be a good 6th D and help run 2nd PP unit. Can see maybe a 4th with Timmins but can’t see him getting much more IMO

I don't know what the Sens needs are.

But I don't see Tree trading Minten.

Seeler is having a career year and has a really good contract. They likely don't move him unless they get a 3rd+, rumor is they would love to extend him but for the right amount they will trade him. Most leaf fans on here have the idea that we need Timmons, we do not. He wouldn't play on the PP and we have at least 3 defenseman in the AHL that have higher upside than him.

Late 1sts and prospects who don't project as impact players just don't cut it, doubly so from a big rival team. I think trading Chychrun makes very little sense, but for it to work its gotta be a deal that takes Ottawa colser to being a playoff team. I don't see that vision in Toronto
