Kuz would drive Bednar ape ****, if you are moving on from RyJo move on and be done. That is ALOT to much in my opinion for a guy that has played 3 NHL games.

I like Sissons and Askarov is high upside, but I don’t know if that’s the right gamble for a team in their cup window. We’ll see if Askarov lives up to the hype.

Pass on the Kuzy trade. The NAS trade is interesting though, but I think the Avs would want more back if it's Byram instead of Girard. It's also a BIG gamble on Askarov. Credit you for trying something different though.

Why are the Caps retaining on Kuzy, but the Avs aren't retaining on RoJo...? Kuzy and Rojo have basically identical stats this year, Kuzy is slightly cheaper, and Kuzy has put up better numbers over the past 3 years)....No benefit to the Caps in this trade so they pass

NSH declines. It would have to be Byram for NSH to even consider a deal where NSH is trading away their future in goal. The thing with this deal is that NSH is trading away their top prospect in Askarov without it addressing any of the things that NSH needs, which is a top pair RD or a 1C. Askarov has been incredibly strong in the AHL and in his limited appearances in the NHL so far. Trotz isn't going to trade Askarov unless he can address one of those needs.
