    laugh David Jiricek isn't available.

And no Noah Hanifin isn't waiving for a Non-Playoff Buffalo team.

From a Flames fan. Yes he is good. He'll never be a go to number 1 guy, but he's a perfect #2 or #3 on a good team.

Considering the Sabres have Dahlin and Power, Hanifin would be a perfect fit for them.

I think the 24 first with top 2 protection is the best we could get. If we were trading a piece like jiricek, A first next year wouldn't be interesting, and likely gets beat by a pick in the teens this year. Gms don't always last long, who wants to stockpile assets for their replacement?

I think he’s trying to say the Sabres wouldn’t want Hanifin at a Cap hit of $8mil per season
But it’s hard to decipher what he’s trying to say at times

Jiricek’s younger brother could be a legit target for us in the 1st this year- he’s also a RH defenseman

Jerome Iginla’s son is also in this draft
He’s another guy I’d be interested in
Although we don’t need more forwards, if he’s even half of what his dad was we’d be thrilled to have him on Buffalo

By the time that AAV matters (3 years down the road) he'll be taken in the Salt Lake City expansion draft because we'd protect Dahlin, Power, and Jiricek.

    He's not worth 8mill IMO

I'm just going based off the fact that he didn't agree to 8 x 7.5M with Calgary.

I was reading that style wise, jiriceks brother is different. The kid from Columbus is more interesting to me. Also, unrelated, miro Satan's son plays on a team with bensons brother. Miroslavs kid is 6'7", Bensons brother is 5'4".

His brother is better Defensively at this point, his Offensive game is lacking. But he's also really young playing with Men.
