Ullmark doesn't waive for Canada, Especially a trash Ottawa team. And that offer for Chychrun would be beat by other teams with better prospects and pieces.

Ullmark is not going to Ottawa and Boston is not making that overpayment.

Take out Ullmark and Kuntar they still pass. They don’t have enough draft capital to use it on 1 year of a 2nd pair d man with a bad knee and backup goalie. They can get that in free agency without giving up picks.
