Why is it that the Leafs fans are trying to deal Timmins on here so much? His analystics look pretty solid. What am I missing?

I would accept this in a heartbeat for Tanev. Getting a 1st is best case scenario for him.

I think it stems mostly from the fact that Keefe refuses to play him. His analytics are very solid. Makes 1 boneheaded play for every 10 good ones and that 1 overshadows all the good for Keefe, apparently.

But I guess the general sentiment from the fanbase is....if you're not going to play him and he's not part of the anticipated starting roster for next year...move him and his $1.1 off and let him get some playing time elsewhere.
