I like that they have a rep from every team, but with only one d-man how do they not take Werenski who's literally their best player this year. I mean being a +2 on the 4th worst team in the league playing over 24 minutes a night is pretty damn impressive

I do agree however, there shouldn't be a guarantee all star from each team... Like an SJ Shark will be an all star and at least one of: Mackinnon, Rantanen, Pettersson, Q Hughes, Hintz, Robertson, Heiskanen, Draisaitl, Eichel, Stone, Hill, Demko aren't?

I only watch the highlights from it bc EA usually does an All Star event along with the All Star game and I want to see if me players get boosted or not lol

I would assume the Isles selected Barzal cause they knew that Dobson would get voted in anyways where Barzal would’ve been less likely to get voted in.

Well It was between Matthews and Nylander. Nylander has 51 points. But Matthews has 30 goals in 35 games... I would have picked Matthews as well.

Nylander is 100% getting fan voted in though. He will be at the all star game, as long as he is healthy.

Even if he wasn't voted in....the ASG is in Toronto...the league will add Nylander, Marner, Tavares

But the gripe is about Boone Jenner and Tom Wilson...in a 3v3 tournament.

Nah I doubt we get more than 3 guys total.

In order I would go:

1. Matthews
2. Nylander.
3. Rielly
4. Tavares
5. Marner

Leafs are a star-filled team, playing home market of largest fanbase.

They'll find a way. Like they added Zegras a couple years ago. Just add roster spots.
