The Blues would love to get Tkachuk but they won't trade Thomas for him. The idea would be to get Tkachuk to play with Thomas. After all Thomas is practically like a 3rd Tkachuk brother.

Dude. Thomas is not available, worth more than Brady anyway and they're best buddies. They'd want to play them together. Not piss both of them off by trading them for each other.

There's no way Ottawa does this. Trade their captain, and a top C, don't get a 1st rounder, and pickup a horrible Binnington contract? ewewewewew
