I have heard FLA is prioritizing Montour and Forsling, but does that leave Reinhart on the outside looking in?

I also think Lomberg gets more, I would love to see both Lomberg and Reinhart on the Bruins next year if they leave the Panthers.

Montours stats seem to have returned to career average, so I'd be hard pressed to give him more than 6 if I'm the Panthers. Still not sure that leaves enough for Reinhart unless they can move a goalie.

I think your prices on Montour and Forsling are a bit off. I think Forsling will get between 4.5-5M with much more term and Montour from 6-7M with much more term. I also think they will try as hard as possible to keep Reinhart but he is probably pricing himself out. I agree that Tarasenko could be a solid replacement for him, Duchene is another one I see as a potentially great fit there if Dallas decides to spend their cap space on defense and promote Stankoven and/or Bourque instead

Yeah those are fair takes. I guess Florida could run a 20 man roster to account for slightly combined raises. I think a lot of these wingers in FAs could be good replacements, and the Panthers are likely a very attractive destination as of right now.
