Probably worth a try. Also pp1 needs to try put laf on 1 and taking zibby off. Kreider net front, Trocheck bumper, gus up top, panarin on left and laf on right

I still appreciate kakko. Do I think he's going to be the offensive dynamo we all thought he would be? Probably not but he's got a great 2 way game. Also old man wheeler hasn't even any better on the 1st either

Not that easy to take your 1C off the first powerplay unit especially when he's an offense-oriented player and there are worse players on the unit.

Yeah, that's the tough thing with Trocheck being a requisite there for the draw, if he was a 1C in his own right + Lafreniere was just as good as Mika or at least a star player then it would have been easier to probably have that kind of conversation at the least. Although, even in that situation, if he protests the coach might not want to put himself at odds with him by demoting him on the PP.

Actually I know, part of me was kidding the other part jealous! You guys have the big guns but the depth (and you do have it) isn't there. I guess each team has its issues. You have done well without Fox which to me was a bit of a surprise, but gotta make you feel good if another key member gets dinged up.

Glad both of our teams are relevant at the same time again. It does add to the day to day standings following!

Also Mika is shooting at an unbelievably low 4% right now. Adjusted for a career avg of 13% would put him at an expected 6 goals, or 16 points in 16 games. He's fine. I can't believe how pissy some people get when the *checks standings* 2nd best team in the league has 1 player underperforming.

Kreider is a tip machine mainly on the pp which at 6.5m is value while zibby is making 8.5m can't hit the net to save his life. I get the team is doing well but that top line isn't (wheeler doesn't help)
