Hertl would be nice but this deal wouldn’t work.
1. Ullmark NTC definitely has San Jose on it and probably EDM too as of right now
2. Bruins love Freddy and are probably gonna try making him their new school lucic, especially having lucic back to be his new boxing coach.
3. San Jose most likely prefers picks and prospects and less “cap fillers” especially with Hertl who is one of their only players with positive value that doesn’t need retention especially since this is a 3 team trade
4. Way to many assets being moved
5. Bruins won’t force a trade for a star and give up crucial players to make the cap work, if they make a blockbuster it will be next season where we start the season off with 25+ mill in cap

I will say, I do wish NHL gm's had this level of creativity instead of CONSTANTLY being like no trade to hard can't do
