I can't see this being interesting for ANA. And there's no way they move Minty to the minors. Kid is a stud. Rakell s terrible.

We don’t want a goalie with longer term that Gibson if we trade him away — Dostal would be at least our 1A if we got a tandem goalie back with a year or two, certainly not Jarry at a 5 x 5+

rakell isnt terrible, hes part of one of the best lines in hockey rn and is getting really unlucky. guy hits 5 posts per game

Dont forget we got rid of Pettersson to keep Brendan Guhle, Jacob Larsson and Josh Mahura among others as well

The best line in Hockey??? You gotta be kidding me. Malkin, Smith and Rackell aren't even a top 10 line in hockey right now. They're not even the best line on their team.

VAN has arguably 2 better lines, TOR the same. NJ's Hughes line, COL MacKinnon line, TB Point line, BOS top line. Eichel line in VEG and even McTavish line in ANA are all much better.

I am a big Malkin fan, but the reality is that that the advanced stats no matter how you slice and dice them has Malkins line hovering around 42nd or worse (looking at goals for % and goal %).

By no means is that bad, but in reality they are in the 33rd percentile and not what I would call a best line. That being said, we need to keep in mind that stats don't always tell the truth of the talent level of players, but lets not kid ourselves on that line as there are a lot better lines in the NHL.
