That’s fair for tanev I’ve seen him go for a 3rd not retained which I thought was crazy but he gets a first half retained for sure maybe something extra if you’re in a bidding war, but anyways leaf’s accept but why not just add klingberg to the deal so you don’t have to get him double retained

a 3rd is not worth that many years of reaves at that price - we are just getting out from under bad contracts + the only purpose Reeves serves is to take the roster spot of someone more deserving or blocking a young player

Yes he sucks at hockey., I understand that
However this is a Coach issue who also sucks. Why play him 8 mins a night, when you have guys like Knies, Bertuzzi and Domi playing less than 15 a night.
Play him less then, and keep Reaves for some protection when needed.
