A lottery pick for Monahan and RHP, thats an easy yes

I assure you, you want absolutely no part in the Fedotov mess. Its a complete waste of time and the Flyers would just be better off terminating the contract.

Horrible trades for Ottawa.

Assuming this isn't a troll job from a Vegas fan:

- No need for Fedotov. Not touching Hart until scandal is resolved.

- Sens have had enough injury issues with centers. No adding Monahan, who's made of glass. Especially not at that price. We'll just sign Pinto as a 3C.

- If we're trading Brannstrom, it's for Pinto cap space. We have Kleven who's likely ready for the NHL, so no need for Zadorov.

I'd be suprised if the Habs would include RHP in a deal at this time. While the deal is quite reasonable for the 1st pick, a 2nd and a 4th plus a good prospect who doesn't cost that much for a player who got picked in the 7th round, but has proven he's worth more than that in his first season, and a Center who is mostly injured regardless of his talent I think the team wants to keep RHP and see his full potential. He got 2 more points than Joseph with 22 less game and looks like something of a steal right now.

I'd be more along the lines that Ottawa may provide a 2nd pick for Monahan and that's it.., maybe a 1st if he plays enough games to show something more and indicates no signs of radical injury again. But I would guess they's provide that for the 24-25 draft since their current season is up in the air as to if they'll have a top tier team of a bottom team. If they include it for the 23-24 draft, I would expect a top 15 protection from them with unprotected for 24-25 or 25-25 draft if it becomes that.

Note that I would be happy if Hugues accepts this deal you proposed, just don't think Ottawa should be paying that much, and Habs don't seem to want to see RHP go elsewhere.Especially in Ottawa where it could bite them in the butt ..
