Evander Kane brings physicality and goal scoring ability that Konecny doesn't, so I don't see Edmonton making that swap 1-for-1. Plus now you're asking for Holloway + Broberg + 1st for Hart? Not happening.

Edmonton would rather have Kane than TK, so they definitely aren't doing this.

Foegele is better in every area besides hitting, and he's no shrinking violet physically.

Campbell has posted a .903 sv% over the past 2 seasons while Blackwood posted an .893 sv%.

Is Kane playing with McDavid or Draisaitl? TK played with youngsters since Coots is largely always injured. Swap those two and the numbers ain't the same.

Kane was scoring goals in the NHL long before he went to Edmonton. The fact that he's meshed well with McDavid is another reason not to trade him for Konecny.

And you forgot to comment on the physicality part of it.

He's a father of 2 and a well respected citizen of Edmonton. He has displayed upstanding character since his arrival.
