Leafs get Holtz, a guy who with more opportunity has the ability to become a game breaker. Essentially Gritsyuk's rights as he's signed in the KHL, who is a solid prospect along with draft capital. Most importantly, they get a T4 2-way RD which is exactly what they need, along with 2 million in cap room.
