Dobson isn't the type of d-man the leafs need. Brodie won't be waiving for bottom feeders. Why do people keep replacing Kampf at 3C? Kampf has been excellent at the shutdown role, in 2 yrs with the leafs he's a +18 and took almost all the d-zone faceoffs.

Cause if you play Kampf with Knies you'll destroy Knies. Kampf is a black hole on offensive and Knies is a Hyman/Bunting type. If he isn't with scorers he will be a bust like both those guys were before cracking the top 6.

That's why the 3rd line will be Domi-Kampf-Jarnkrok and Knies will be on the 2nd line with JT-Marner.
