Two defensemen whom I consider to be similar if not identical caliber of players, but slightly different skillsets. Samuelsson of course is more physical, while Pettersson is more mobile, but they both do most of the work in the defensive zone relatively well

Samuelson is above average now...He has youth and upside and very soon, that long term contract is going to be a real bargain to the Sabres.

LOL, no guarantee that that contract ever becomes a bargain, and he hasn't done enough to prove he's above average just yet. Still young, don't get me wrong, but I don't think he's as far developmentally as you think

Samuelsson is very underrated.
