just an idea. cap is supposed to go up a good bit next year, and not entirely sure how you're getting a roster without moving somebody. Carberry might be an answer to the players, but not the cap situation.

I don't believe you can buy him out at this point. No one from the caps filed for arbitration, and the normal buyout window is closed.

Likely waive alexeyev and send him to Hershey. Extremely unlikely that any team picks him up. Every team has their own players they're worried about. With over half the league against the cap...odds are unlikely he'll get picked up vs another player.
