Ultimately, he looks real good, but the fact is hes re-signed in Russia, turned 26 yrs old, and its a frustration not-to-have. PHI has hart/petersen/sandstrom/errson and just drafted bjarnsson. fedotov is probably worth a 4th but really its just to get rid of the frustration of him not coming over for the third year in a row.
