And the Detroit 1st can't be moved until we know who makes the playoffs or not. If Boston falls out between 11-16th overall and Detroit makes the final wildcard. Then yes Ottawa keeps the Detroit 1st. But if it's the other way around then Ottawa gets the Boston 1st.
