Based on these factors the Hawks are not giving up draft capital to acquire BG, if anything draft picks to Chicago would need to be included.

The coach of Chicago is Richardson who's from Montreal coaching bench in the last few years he know very well Gallagher and he would be the primary factor if Gally goes to Chicago.


Value wise this is hard because Gally is really like in Montreal as by fans, teammates and Staff but is contract is an hard one to shallow. Davidson have proven that he's willing to overpay for an good veterans with experience. On other end you have Hughes who don't want to do rash move and pay to get rid of someone or buyout someone like Bergevin did with Alzner.

Gallagher come with injury history that could made other gm fear for is health but he's not Montreal motor for many year for nothing.
