I think Nylander trade to Chi for Bedard is slightly more unrealistic than this offer.

Replace Wright with a 1st Rd pick going to the Leafs than we're talking.

No other trade needed to retain on Bjorkstand, the Leafs can manage that cap hit.

Murray has been confirmed to being bought out, unless the Leafs stall the process long enough for Murray to enter his team physical and the team doctor fails him for some fake injury and surgery/rehab needed, allowing the Leafs to LTIR him.

As the title of this ACGM suggests for Toronto, the same very likely applies for Seattle. As good a player as he is, Nylander's expiring contract, $$$ demands, and negotiating history diminishes his desirability I imagine. Also, Wright is highly unlikely to be included.
