Man…it’s Jonathan toews. There are plenty older than him on this team alone.

Nylander will be in the lineup most nights with injuries I’m sure.

Nylander will be in the lineup most nights with injuries I’m sure.

I’d definitely want Nylander in as a regular. Best case scenario would be Carter getting bumped out for Toews haha. We’ll see if Toews even plays. For that price I’d take him as long as Nylander is in.

He needs an actual shot to be able to do so, not squeezed out of the line up for old and declining players. He played well and brought evident youth when in last year.

You know granlund went for a 2nd at the deadline right? He isn’t a dump. He has been and still is a good player he just doesn’t fit anywhere on the penguins they already have players very similar to him

He's a dump as far as the Hawks are concerned. Just another $5m cap hit a team is looking to move out. If he isn't a dump and he still has value as you state, Dubas should be able to trade him elsewhere.
