Hayes at 50% retained was a 6th. Goodrow at 50% retained probably is a 7th. But at full cap hit he is a liability.

That's the trade problem the Rangers have with Goodrow's M NTCs is Goodrow can list the handful of teams that have cap on his "no trade list." It's not simple at for the Rangers
