Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Based off of a thread on the Sens subreddit.

What would the team look like if we just sent someone to all the NHL drafts since 2012 with only Bob McKenzie's consensus draft list and no NHL experience.

Then I added Freddy Andersen because OTT didnt draft any goalies now

There are a couple other pure prospect swaps, (JBD - Serron Noel) but I just left them off because the roster was full. Chaz is absolutely better than Boucher, but with neither on NHL rosters I figured I would save 30s lol
