take out tvr and the caps accept. they just signed him to an extension and he's a very capable 4/5d. like it or not kuzy would immediately become the most offensively talented player on the wings, he's not being given away for free.

The logic behind that for me is the Capitals draft Reinbacher and he comes over to play next season.

even if reinbacher is indeed the next seider -- which would be an absolute dream scenario -- he would still need probably 2 years before he's NHL ready. Even if he really was, they would move TVR to the left and have Alexeyev as the 7d, he's done it before very well.

I disagree with his development time, I could see him developing for a year, but he has already played in the Pros in Europe and would potentially have the ability to come over and make the roster.
