Interesting offer to BOS, wouldnt be surprised if they take that, biggest plus is dumping 5mill while taking back no money, but they may feel they could get more in return

Bruins absolutely get more for the likely Vezina trophy winner in Linus Ullmark than 2 okay prospects lmao

If the reports that Vladar is going for at minimum a second rounder are true, I feel like Ullmark ends up going for a lot more then a lot of people on here are assuming.

Hawks decline. No reason for them to give up a 3rd for Joseph. If anything, that pick belongs on the other side of this trade going to Hawks w/ Joseph.

Why would a rebuilding Hawks team spend a 3rd for a $3m a year PK specialist? They don't need any more bottom 6 forwards. If Ottawa retains on Joseph, I could see a playoff contender having interest. He's not a $3m a year player. No clue why Dorian gave him that contract.

Ostapchuk is worth late 1st at the very least and Thompson early 2nd

What is Ullmark? I called him one of the most underrated goalies when he was still in Buffalo so I am interested but depends on the price, can't pay a fortune for a goalie, due to market reality

Joseph is a solid defensive 3rd line forward, top skater and elite on the PK. He's valuable. People are just down on him because he didn't score goals

But yeah Chicago is not the team for that trade, unless they need to reach the floor and not be too bad of a team

It's Dorion... I mean there's like a million things to criticize Dorion for, don't think Joseph contract is one of them. At worst, he'd be fine at 2.5 AAV

That Vladar return is wack and if thats the standard, then im excited to see what return Ullmark could fetch, also Durzi going for a 2nd might mean an Ullmark return could be juicy

When i initially said Bruins might take that, it was before these high returns came out today and goalies typically dont get the same return as a position player would. Those 2 are also better than 2 alright prospects
