The Caps aren’t going to ADD anything to Wilson for Nylander. They’re not going to trade Wilson for anything at all.

You do know Wilson is entering the Flames Milan Lucic years of his career.

Once Wilson returned from injury this season he scored at the highest rate of his career. Comparing Wilson to Lucic is just stupid. Wilson is a far better skater than Lucic ever was. You can keep thinking Wilson will turn into Lucic, anyone that watches him regularly will tell you he is dramatically different than Lucic and the things that make Wilson good are not things that will just drop off like Lucic who was never a particularly good skater nor good defensively.

Regardless, the Caps aren’t going to add a guy they just re-signed to Wilson for a guy they don’t need in Nylander.
