He's projected at 2.25mil, but really anything under 3 is good value for him if he can repeat what he did this year.

Could see that being a low cost move Doug goes for. I'm not sure if Frederic has a ceiling higher than a quality 3rd liner, but I think he's almost there already.

I'd agree with that assessment. His shot is good enough to fill in on the second line for a while when injuries happen. He can play all three forward positions, but his FO% ain't great. And as we know, the kid can scrap.
