In some people's eyes yes. But this trade seems like an awfully big win for Montreal in my opinion. Moving down from 5 to 7?? Montreal is basically giving up a 2nd round pick for Carter Hart

If Michkov drops to 5th and the Habs don't want him (as I am lead to believe according to the media), then I like this trade.
We can then choose whoever is left of Reinbacher or Leonard with the 7th OA pick (which is probably what we would have done at 5th OA anyways)
Plus we get Hart in exchange for the 37th OA pick.

And yet ... I dunno ... not sure going after Hart is the right choice.
