RFA contracts are fine. Agreed UFAs are optimistic.

The only low contract is ROR and hes coming off his worst season so far, other than that they're pretty fair

Cool, he was 36 last year and scored 55pts.. Bergeron and krejci were 37 and score almost 60.

I don't think a 1 yr 2mill deal for a 37yr old scorer with grit is a bad deal in any way

Every UFA contract is. Johnsons aren't signing for league minimum. Someone will offer more. ROR can get more elsewhere. Wood can get term. Why would he sign a one year prove it? Wheeler will probably sign a bonus laden contract. Any one of those things happen and this team is over the cap.

Sounds like EJ might take min to stay in Colorado, the premise of the acgm is that wheeler is bought out and signing low money and term in Colorado because they are again the favorites to win the cup. JJ might be in the boat as EJ.. but you're most likely right about wood

Lol coming from an Avs fan in Winnipeg, Wheeler has zero grit. I don’t want him anywhere near the Avs.
