Bouchard gets paid in 2 years when the cap is jumping by another 4 million. And if you say thats Draisaitl money then they should move Kulak, who by then will have 1 year left, or even Campbell. Regardless cap increases could allow for them to pay Pesce 8 mil this offseason and Bouch 7 mil in 2 years, Drai 12+ in 2 years.

Yeah that's the big question right now, but I know that Pesce will have a lot of takers. Got no inside scoop on what mgmt is thinking right now. There is also the possibility he gets re-signed. Same situation with Lindholm.

I agree. If Hurricanes want to be contenders Oilers don't have much to offer as they are contenders themselves. Trade only happens if Pesce wants to move on next season and even than they could still sell him at the deadline if they are out of the race and/or can get a replacement.

Trenin is good man your sleeping. He's a solid bottom 6 player who can play the PK/C. He's a better version of Kostin.

You want us to retain on an already inexpensive ideal 3rd liner, add 2 4ths (one this year) and in return you'll send us a player who is undersized and doesn't produce for what he gets paid and you're only sending next years' second?
