You are trolling if you rank Kallgren above Vladar. Vladar is on the same level as same level as Sammy was a year ago. Ill give you a pass on saying Woll is above him simply because he has potential but you clearly have not watched Vladar play much if at all. Also Kallgren is literally a UFA in 15 days so he's not a Leaf anymore unless Toronto signs him.
Hanifin wpuld play on both special teams, that is the point. Reilly might get 30 seconds more in 5v5 ice time at most
Nylander's most common linemates last year in order were Bunting, Matthews, Tavares. He played 508 minutes with Bunting, 505 minutes with Matthews, and 422 minutes with Tavares. His GF% with Matthews was 73.57%, and 43.95% eith Tavares. So most of his 5v5 points came while playing with Matthews, thus a drop in production.
Toffoli really should not be behind any of those guys on the powerplay. None of those guys are under contract with the Leafs either so you are also just assuming they sign.
Why is the value off? You haven't explained why it is
Sammy was a fringe NHL goalie this time last season and was supposed to be the short term backup option for Murray until Woll and Kallgren filled those shoes... Kallgren will be resigned by Toronto. This doesn't provide much value to Toronto, if any.
Hanifin would be PP2 at best and PK2 at best, so he should expect to get most of the minutes 5v5, which RIelly should get slightly more than him and splitting those minutes with McCabe. While valuable (especially at his cap hit); he would need to come with an extension somewhere near 4-6/8 years or he'll be the next Tyson Barrie to Toronto (not as a PPQ but similar total minutes), that's way less than Nylander's current value to the Leafs
Nylander played a lot with Matthews at the start of the season, then Matthews went cold (due to the season long injury that was nagging him), and ended up switching and playing with Tavares about the time when Matthews was out with injury
Treliving, historically, brings in 1/2 big FA signing(s) to bolster the forward/defensive core (Bertuzzi/resigning ROR etc.) So, I do expect him (especially with so much cap space) to sign a bigger named forward and defensemen. On top of that, Toffoli is 31, Nylander is 26... That would mean that the Leafs are getting older and slower... Not younger and faster like the Leafs front office said they wanted to do. Doesn't help that both Nylander and Toffoli are on similar contracts where Nylander is just the better player by far.
That package doesn't entice Toronto vs a team like the Canes/Avs (who are both looking for a guy like Nylander) who will offer more quality offers than Calgary. That makes it a lot easier for Toronto to tell Calgary to up their offer or not acquire Nylander
